Sending Review Requests

To start sending review requests, click the Get Reviews section from the lefthand side of the dashboard.
You will see all the ways you can send review requests via SMS, Email, QR code, or WhatsApp.
SMS
Sending Review Requests via SMS
If you have your customer's Mobile Phone number, you can send review requests through SMS.

1. Enter your customer’s information, add their country prefix for USA numbers, and add the number "1" in front of your customer's phone number.
2. Click the I have consent to send messages to this contact
3. Finally click the Request a Request button
To add more customers, click the Add line if you want to add additional customers

1. Click the Upload a CSV button
2. Upload a CSV file that contains recipient names and numbers in 2 columns: name and number (with country prefix, for USA numbers, add the number "1" in front of the phone number).
Personalize Your Message

You can personalize the SMS template from this section, entering the sender and the text of the message in which you will ask your customers for a review.
And then from the Invite your customers section, you can go and add the name and Mobile Phone number of your customers. And in one click go and send all the review requests.
Automatic SMS Reminder

Automatic SMS Reminder
Send an automatic SMS reminder every 3-7 days if the review link is not clicked
1. Toggle Trigger Reminder after 3 days
2. Click Save
3. Toggle Trigger Reminder after 7 days
4. Click Save
You have the option to personalize the review reminder
Sending Review Requests via Email
If you have your customer's emails, you can send review requests through email.

1. Enter your customer’s information
2. Click the I have consent to send messages to this contact
3. Finally click the Request a Request button

2. Upload a CSV file that contains recipient names and email addresses in 2 columns: name, and email.
Personalize Your Email

You can personalize the email template from this section, entering the sender, the subject of the email, and the text of the email in which you will ask your customers for a review.
And then from the Invite your customers section, you can go and add the name and email of your customers. And in one click go and send all the review requests.
Automatic Email Reminder

Send an automatic Email reminder every 3-7 days if the link is not clicked

QR Code
Sending Review Requests via QR Code
Customers will scan the QR code and land on your link to leave reviews.

You can download and print this QR code and place it on tables at the cash register, at the front desk, or in the waiting room to ask customers to leave feedback.
Sending Review Requests via WhatsApp
If you have your customer's WhatsApp number, you can send review requests through WhatsApp.

1. Enter your customer’s information, add their country prefix for USA numbers, and add the number "1" in front of your customer's phone number.

3. Finally click the Request a Request button
