Your Review Landing Page

Your Review Landing Page is what your customers see when they click the link you sent to request a review.

From the menu on the left, go to your main dashboard by clicking the Reviews section.

Under the Your Landing Page tab, click on the third button, this will Open Your Review Landing Page.

This is Your Review Landing Page. 
It is here where customers will provide their experience with your company. 

Customers who had a negative experience for which they will give a rating of one to three stars will be taken to a private feedback form. This page allows them to express their experience to you privately, so you can resolve their issues before it shows on the internet.

Here they can leave their details and their negative feedback, which will remain private and only you can read it from within the platform.

On the other hand, those who had a positive experience and rated 4 to five stars will land on this page, and here they can easily leave a review on Google or any review site you've integrated. 

Your customers will have the option to leave a review on their preferred site, such as Google.

Once your customer clicks on Google and a new tab will open where they can easily leave their positive five star review. 

From the menu on the left, go to your main dashboard by clicking the Reviews section.

Under the Your Landing Page tab, click on the second button to Edit your Landing Page. 

Here you can your logo and image of your business, update the URL, the link preview title, and edit the landing page home page.
