From the menu on the left, go to your main dashboard by clicking the Reviews section.
Here you can read and respond to all the reviews you receive on your Google My Business page.
Click reply to respond to your customer’s review.
Respond to your review and click send when you’re finished. This will automatically reply to your customer’s Google review.
